It was a Tuesday and it was full of adventures if you can say that.
Morning time
We bypassed breakfast and headed over to the other side of the island. We were going to eat breakfast at a café, but we were running late, as we usually are. We didn’t have time to stop for breakfast.

BYU Hawaii
We went over to meet a friend of my wife’s, it is a small campus. We ate at the student dining hall and which was $17.25 a person. Yes, it was all-you-can-eat, but still, that was a bit on the high-price side of things. I would have rather eaten at the subway or somewhere else. Don’t get me wrong it was fine, the kids loved it. But that was about it.

Waikiki beach
We made the trek from that side of the island over to the famous beach to have dinner with some friends, Yes, the same people we ate with on Nov. 21, 2022. We travel to Hawaii to have dinner with people who live 6 miles from us.
We ate at the Yard House. It was pretty good food. I had a Maui Pineapple Chicken with rice and a glaze. It was pretty good. I could have gotten something that really wasn’t good for me. You know high in sodium, fat, and high in calories. But, I got something that was good. I got some water to drink. I know I am living the dream.
After dinner, we walked to the beach and walked a few blocks down and just soaked in the nightlife of what the beach had to offer.
We said, our goodbyes and headed back to the hotel.
Late night
Of course, the kids went to sleep and we did a load of laundry and went to bed at 1:30 ish. Tried to gather up some stuff, but just said the hell with it and went to bed.
