On April 20, 2023, we did a ship excursion to the Muir Woods and Sausalito tour.

My wife wanted to see the one, so we picked this one up. Since we have always wanted to go there. So we picked this one up and didn’t look back.
Muir Woods
is a national park here in Northern California, about 45 min from San Francisco (SF). It is up a very winding road. We only spent about 1 hour and 30 minutes there. There was so much to see. We didn’t have time. By the time we did the first trial, an hour had passed.
Sausalito
This is on the other side of the Golden Gate Bridge, and you can see the shoreline of SF, which is across the bay to the south. It is a small little town. The ice cream was good, and it did cost us $15.08 for 2 cones. I know steep prices for ice cream.
The only thing I disliked about this small town was not very good cell phone coverage. It isn’t the town’s fault, but the network provider’s.
Summary of the day
It was a good tour, and I would recommend it if you don’t get motion sickness and bring something to eat. I had a protein bar and some licorice. That helped with my blood sugar.
It was a long day, but I saw more of this place called Earth.
