Why

This is the week of Thanksgiving, and I already have Wednesday, November 22, off to enjoy the long weekend. Plus, I am over on my unlimited vacation days at work. Interestingly, you can be over on your unlimited time off, but I am.

My wife wanted to attend a Monday Night Football with the Chiefs vs Eagles. It is the rematch of the Super Bowl. The Kelsey brothers are playing against each other once again. Oh, yeah, Taylor Swift might be there. I’m not sure if the Era tour is in South America.

Had to

I will need to move around my days off and get permission to take the time off once approved. We have the tickets, flight, hotel, and rental car.

Thanksgiving

This is not what I had expected to do for the week of Thanksgiving, but it will be a quick trip since I am now working on Wednesday, November 22, 2023. But it should be a good game.

This will be my second time in Kanas City. Last time, we watched a Royals game.
