Las Vegas, Tournament of Kings, Oct. 12, 2018

We have wanted to do this for a very long time. But, the price $149.75 for 2 tickets, $74.87, a person. That is sort of lot of money.

So we got the tickets online, I added the PDF file to my calendar for Tournament of Kings. We got the 6 PM showing and we wanted to leave around 5 PM. We headed up to where the shuttle leaves from and it was late. I mean late. We get on the shuttle around 5:40 ish, and I am thinking we are going to cut this thing close.

We get dropped off at the Tropicana, which is across the street from the Excalibur, we made our way over there found where the show was going to be. Which is in the arcade, downstairs.

We found our seats and waited for the show to start.

The show

The seats are around the oval stage of sorts, it is a stage of dirt. Broken up in countries, and we were Spain. The show featured kings of the different countries coming together for a Tournament.  King Arthur played host to the following:

  • Ireland
  • Russia
  • Norway
  • Spain
  • Austria
  • Hungary
  • Dragon (The bad people)
  • France

It showed battle scenes like

  • Jousting
  • Races with the horses
  • Fight with the Dragons (evil People)

Merlin was the person explaining the show.

All the kings had long hair and beards or facial hair except for Russia. He was bald and clean shaven. Russia was the cheater in the show.

It was a fun experience and I am glad I went, it only took me like 18 years.
