The Enchanted Princess has three main dining rooms where you can eat dinner, breakfast, and lunch.
Only one
Does all three, and that is the dining room a deck 6. This is the Capri dining room. It is in the middle of the ship and easily accessible for eating there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Deck 5
It is the home of the Santorini Dining room which is in the middle of Deck 5. We didn’t eat in this one at all.

Deck 6
It holds 2 dining rooms, the Capri which is above the Santorini Dinning room, and the Amalfi located at the back of the ship. You had to use any deck above 6 to access this dining room. Between Capri and Amalfi, is the gallery. You know this is where the food is cooked.
