You need a car to get around the island of Oahu. We went and rented a car.

We went through National Rental Car this time. My wife found out that she gets a good discount so why not.

The car was a Nissan Altima.

We had it for 3 days; the cost was $166.62 and we went 268 miles around the island.

My thoughts

The car was small and compact and it was great for our needs. Well, except for all the luggage we had to pack in that tiny car. But we made it work. The car had some scratches on it.

The only thing I hated about it was that Apple car play wasn’t enabled automatically. I had to find it to use it. I thought that was strange. That should be an automatically enabled app. I mean it is in my car.  But, it is what it is.

The car got us around to the various places we needed to go. Working with National was a breeze.  I would recommend National. Use them if you can.
