LDS Temple Series

I will do a series about LDS Temples in conjunction with my Tour of Utah series.

Why

You might be asking why. Utah is known for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and they built Temples.

I thought I would showcase it, but I am unsure if that is an excellent word. But I thought I would show you what else there is in Utah.

Temple

What is a temple?

A temple is a religious building where people worship or pray. Hindu temples are typically devoted to one specific god. While temples tend to be associated with non-Christian religions like Islam, Judaism, and Buddhism, some sects of Orthodox Christianity also worship in Temples.

The Temple of The Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is different than meetinghouses.

Meetinghouse

Temples are places where members can worship weekly, and visitors are always welcome to participate. However, temples are also for performing ordinances for loved ones who died without receiving the blessings here on Earth.

Well, the video below shows what a Temple is about.

Thoughts

Here are my thoughts about doing this series. This will get me to travel a little bit more. See more of the United States and the World. They are beautiful to look at.
