Room Comfort:

The Comfort was excellent. There was a chair you could sit on and relax.

Room Cleanliness:

The room was clean. They didn’t do the room, you know, clean it daily. Only when you asked for it, but it was nice and clean.

Value:

For the cost, yes, the value was there. It was close to the National Mall and the things we did in DC.

Staff Services:

It was good; they held on to our luggage when we checked out. The concierge was helpful the first day. But never saw them again. Bummer. That really sucked.

WiFi:

Yes, we did hwifiWiFi, it was typical howifiwifi. Just use a VPN, people.

Facilities:

They have McDonald’s—a gym. Pizza and McDonald’s are right by the hotel.

Breakfast:

I did pay more for breakfast, and it wasn’t worth it. It was buffet style.

Summary:

The Holiday Inn Washington Capitol at National Mall is a great place to stay. I really enjoyed it. We did a lot of walking, which is why we chose this hotel: to be close to what we wanted to see.

Go for it and stay there.
