Eating at Black Tap

While in Vegas, there are plenty of places to eat. We were waiting for my kids to place their sports bets. They called me and said that Black Tap was in the casino. My wife loved eating there in Disneyland.

Food

Is the Black Tap expensive? Yes, it is. First of all, it is in The Venetians, and it is in Vegas. So it isn’t like your McDonald’s or Wendy’s. But they are getting up there in price.

Here is what we ordered:

I ordered an old-fashioned burger

Wife ordered the Chicken Tender meal

I didn’t get what I ordered, But I was okay with what I got. I wanted that one anyway. My wife just wanted half of my burger. But she doesn’t like Swiss or mushrooms.

The burger was good, and it filled me up. The fries were good. I mean, you can’t go wrong with fries, can you? You can.

The milk shakes where good, I only had a little ice cream. I don’t like to have ice cream that late at night. I mean, it was like 10:30 PM.

Worth it

The food was good; it was enough food to fill me up. My kids enjoyed their food. My wife said that Disneyland was better. I am sure it is due to the atmosphere. The bill came to over a hundred dollars. I thought it was worth it.  They took forever to fill up our waters and get my wife her Diet Coke and my son’s Coke. My son and I have an issue with food getting stuck in our throats. So we need some liquid to help it go down. There was a time like 15 minutes we didn’t eat due to no water. Also, they brought out the wrong meal for me. I have complained and asked them to bring me what I wanted. But you never know if they spit in your meals and things like that.

I have heard of people doing that. So that is why I don’t complain about my order being wrong. Besides, it was my second choice anyway.

The food was good, but the service was slower than slow. I would suggest if you like burgers, then you can check it out.

I will have to try the one in Disneyland, I guess.
