Summary
Room Comfort:
The room was comfortable, it wasn’t like the king-size bed we had at the Red Roof Inn. But it was a nice spacey room. But the lamp was plugged into the plug on the table and it wasn’t working. I did find out that the table was plugged into self. So I plugged it into the wall and it worked.
Room Cleanliness:
It was very clean
Value:
For the amount we paid for it, this hotel was worth the price. They had a great breakfast and a great dinner, the night before. They did offer up to three alcoholic drinks on the house. I had dinner before the baseball game.
Staff Services:
From my interactions, the staff was very friendly
WiFi
They have wireless access but didn’t use this as it wasn’t secured. If it isn’t secured showing a little lock on the WIFI, then don’t use it.
Facilities:
It is a nice hotel with a great lobby you can look up to see all the floors above it.
Breakfast:
Today’s breakfast was $8.99 if you aren’t a hotel guest. It was a good hot breakfast with some good choices. You had the following:
- Waffle Station
- Oatmeal
- Grits
- Gravy
- Sausage patties
- Potatoes (diced)
- Scrambled Eggs
- Cereals
- Juices
- Orange juice
- Apple juice
- Cranberry
A nice hot breakfast
Summary:
For the location, it was an ideal place to stay. We were close to the stadiums, Arrowhead, and the Royals stadium. The dinner at night was good as well as breakfast.
Was it worth it
Yes, it was worth it. I would recommend this place. Just don’t use the WIFI. It wasn’t secured in any shape or forum.
Here are some photos
Here is a video of the room.
